Tasting of two wines paired with tarallini, olives and fried beans as appetizers (€ 7,00 per person)

  • MENU 2 – INTERMEDIATE TOUR

Tasting of four wines paired with tarallini, olives, fried beans and additional snacks as appetizers (€ 12,00 per person)

  • MENU 3 – BASE TOUR

Tasting of six wines (Canzone, Brioso, Cantabile, Cantus, Opera e Notturno) paired with tarallini, olives, fried beans and additional snacks. (€ 17,00 per  person)

Welcome appetizers with friselline (toasted ring-shaped bread), taralli, beans and olives

A cold bread salad called “Cialledd”, a traditional dish from Puglia*

A dish of local mixed cured meats (eg. Capocollo martinese – a cold cut made from dry-cured pork shoulder or neck -, rolled bacon, thinly sliced bacon fat and salami), local cheese (caciocavallo, fresh and smoked scamorza) vegetables in oil and pickled vegetables.

House special desserts and dried figs paired with vin cotto (cooked wine)

*This is a traditional and an original freshly made dish with bread, tomatoes and cucumber cut into pieces and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano.

Appetizers: Fried beans, tarallini, olives

Main course: Orecchiette (fresh home-made pasta from Puglia) with ragôut, basil and ricotta cheese;

Second course: A dish of local mixed cured meats (eg. Capocollo martinese – a cold cut made from dry-cured pork shoulder or neck -, rolled bacon, thinly sliced bacon fat and salami), local cheese (caciocavallo, fresh and smoked scamorza) vegetables in oil and pickled vegetables.
