Choice of Pasta made under the Lucrezia’s excellent direction: tagliatelle, cavatelli or orecchiette
And depending on the choice of pasta the following traditional sauces of your choice:
a fresh tomato sauce, ragù, amatriciana, sea food sauce, boscaiola mushrooms peas.
Main Courses also available now that your appetite has been awoken:
Meat balls, bombette, scaloppine al marsala, meat roulade, sea bass in a paperbag, salmon octopus salad with green sauce.
Side Dishes (because you just never know, you may still be hungry): marinated courgette, grilled aubergine, fried courgetti flowers
Single traditional Italian dishes.
Cost of Cooking Lessons: Cost of ingredients are not included. All inclusive price can be made once we are aware of how many people are in the group and you have decided that which you have chosen to eat.
