"With a very heavy and sad heart we left wonderful Villa Perego. We immediately fell in love with this outstanding house and it‘s beautiful surroundings. It felt like our own home during our stay. We will miss it very much and hope to come back soon! Thank you so much for welcoming us so warmly. "

"Such an amazing 10 days here. Thank you! Beautiful house, incredible location and a fantastic pool. Highlight for we was visiting Monopoli and seeing the different countryside around Alberobello (along with the fantastic trulli there). Some amazing meals: won't forget the Caprese salad and ribs I had at Ostuni's "Del Tempo Perso" Restaurant. Highly recommend getting a tuk-tuk to the top of Ostuni and walking down, browsing the shops. Too much rosé, such fun! Ciao :) We were so impressed by Relax Puglia at every step of our visit from initial booking to assistance at every stage. Thank you Colleen + Antonella. Thank you, thank you for giving me a Michael Caine bedroom. I couldn't believe having a room with a giant poster of the Italian Job. Above is a picture of me with Michael when we were quite a bit younger!! (Picture is not included). He is still a very good friend.

"Our stay was absolutely magical. Colleen who manages the property was incredible, she helped us book some amazing places to eat and explore. The trullo is remote and a bit off grid which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool is wonderful (no chlorine) and the whole ethos of the house is contagious. The little extras are a joy and really I cannot rave about this place enough. I hope everyone who stays there treads lightly and keeps it as beautiful as they find it."

"Dear Colleen, just a quick note to say that we have had an absolutely wonderful time at Villa Perego and will be sorry to move on tomorrow. Many thanks to you and your colleagues for your kind welcome to both the villa and also to this part of Italy, which we have absolutely fallen in love with and will definately return. Also, Id be grateful if you could please pass on our thanks to the owners of Villa Perego – we think it is absolutely delightful and has added to our enjoyment of our holiday immeasurably. What a wonderful place for some R&R and as a base for exploring the delights of Puglia. BTW, I hadnt realised that you were rather a celebrity in these parts. In my holiday reading downloads is a book called Soul of the Heel by Scott Bergstein, in which it appears you play a bit of a starring role! Many thanks once again. I really hope that we will be back again soon! "

"Fantastically located property to explore Southern Italy. The pool is absolutely essential with the amazing Puglian weather and we loved spending lazy days around it, and returning to it after an adventure. We were 3 adults and 2 kids, and all fitted comfortably. We love the house so much, and hope to return (again!) one day."
Versha J. - Villa del Camino (August 2019 - Owner repeat booking managed through Relax Puglia)
"Beautiful villa lost in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Huge pool and perfectly maintained twice a week. The owners are adorable and care about the well-being of the tenants before and during the stay: precise mails, telephone to give advices, detailed guide of the villa and the area proposed on the spot. A contact person is present on site and does everything to facilitate the stay of guests. All the photos correspond to the reality and make it possible to be well aware of the environment and the interior of the house. The city of Ostuni is 15 minutes away and offers all the amenities, besides being a cute little town. The only negative point (or not, depending on what you are looking for) is that the sights are 45 minutes or so so be prepared to do a little car. We spent a week in the villa and we had a lot of fun. We recommend this rental."

"A totally dreamy place! Family of four, two kids age 11 and 13. We had such a wonderful stay at Il Cammino. We loved the slightly remote feel with all the perks of Ceglie Messapica being just 10 mins down the road. The house is beautiful, beautiful olive trees in the big garden, fig ripening quicker than we could eat them. The swimming pool was the perfect size and we used it at night also. Heaven. This area of puglia is unspoilt and reasonably quiet with a slow feeling, great food and scenery. To anyone wishing to visit the area I would highly recommend Alain and Marit’s place. Thank you. :)"

"Hi P. and M.! Thank you for the great hospitality and amazing house. We really enjoyed the fantastic pool and lounge areas. We received lots of nice recommendations on things to do and restaurants. Don’t miss out to book the chef, she comes to the house and cook amazing Italien food! I 100% recommend this place."

"This villa was lovely, there were 2 folders explaining everything we needed to know about the villa and also the area which we found tremendously helpful. Check in and explanation was great and in English, what to do if we lost power etc. Having the manager on Whats App was good and she responded quickly to any concerns. It was very private, well maintained and serviced. The change of sheets and clean up half way through our stay was appreciated, as was the basket of local products and there was plenty of drinking water for us when we arrived. They recycle paper, plastic, glass and organic matter and have bins with enough bags that we did not have to go shopping and try to find biodegradable bags. The closest grocery store was Famila with a wine shop next door, if however you are trying to save on expenses I would totally recommend the new Euro Spa a few minutes past the Famila, all well signed and the weekly market in Carovigno (less busy than Ostuni) for fresh vegetables meat and cheeses. We did have a hiccup during our stay but it was rectified to our satisfaction. There was a booklet for recommendations for improvements I believe they take it seriously. One thing to remember is in Southern Italy is in the middle of the day nothing gets done quickly, relax and enjoy."

"A beautiful place to stay in a spectacular part of Italy. Colleen & Antonella communicated clearly & regurarly, making our arrival easy. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch & helped us settle in. The house is well appainted, spacious & very clean. It was lovely to be able to relax by the pool in our own space. Visits by the local cats enchanted our daughter! Thank you! ♥"

We loved our stay at Villa Perego - such a beautiful villa in a remote location; it was so peaceful and the views stunning. The grounds are well maintained with olive trees, rosemary and lavender bushes everywhere so the scent is divine.
The pool was fantastic and the perfect place to lie back and relax. The villa was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of room for our family of 4. The welcome hamper, fridge filled with fresh ham, cheese, eggs and mozzarella plus wine was most welcome and the cupboards were stocked with plenty of ingredients like teabags, sugar and condiments.
You could start your holiday as soon as you entered the villa - everything we needed was there.
Location is excellent with Cisterno really close by and our favourite town of Martina Franca. Thank you Colleen for being so helpful and providing us with reassurance for our trip throughout the preceding months.
We adore Puglia and wish we could have our very own villa just like Perego!
